At Oasis Minds Therapy, we are deeply committed to providing a space where individuals feel seen, heard, and supported as they navigate their unique journeys. Our mission is to empower clients to overcome challenges, heal from past wounds, and build meaningful, fulfilling lives.

Rida is a registered psychotherapist (qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO), committed to supporting marginalized and underrepresented communities. She offers virtual therapy to youth (13+), adults, and couples, specializing in anxiety, depression, interpersonal challenges, spirituality, grief, and culture-based distress, with a focus on BIPOC and South Asian populations.

As a South Asian Muslim, Rida brings a client-centered and evidence-based approach, incorporating modalities such as narrative therapy, EFT, Gottman Method, ACT, and DBT. Her practice is holistic, trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and anti-oppressive.

With Rida, clients can expect a compassionate and collaborative space built on trust, where they feel safe, heard, and empowered in their journey toward healing.
