Her integrative approach draws from a range of evidence-based modalities, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Culturally Sensitive Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Gottman Method (Couples Therapy), Humanistic Integrative and Psychodynamic Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Motivational Interviewing, Multicultural Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Strength-Based Therapy.
Puja also holds specialized training and certifications in Counselling Expertise in South Asian Immigrant Families, Pre-Marital, Prenatal, and Postnatal Counselling, Level 2 Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy, DBT (Certification pending), and is expanding her skills in the Neurodiversity/Neurodivergence framework.
